Arlo - burglar on demand
Arlo is a challenger in the home security market with neither the money, nor the name and fame, of companies like Google's Nest cam. They do however have the stones to take a marketing risk now and then, like setting up a security advice service with a couple of ex-burglars for example. For two weeks, our team was standby on Twitter to provide personalized advice to whoever was asking, in the form of audio clips. To launch the campaign, we sent one of our theft experts out on a real life consultation, giving a real life family some much needed security advice.
This campaign was well received, doubling Arlo's sales, generating about 34 million impressions, and 8 million video views, and upping the overal brand sentiment by 44%.
